Does anyone have the sheet music (top notes and chords) for "Maria" from the sound of Music?
I need it for an upcoming musical production based on Sound of Music.

Walt, this link doesn't include the lead melody notes, but does include the chords & lyrics: http://www.guntheranderson.com/v/data/maria.htm

Once you have the melody in your head (perhaps after listening to it on a cd/record,mp3, or midi file), I would expect you should then be able to play it (by ear) on the keyboard with the help of the given chords as a guide.

Hi Walt
-I found 'Maria' on Google. Just download Power Tracks Pro & You can print the 'lead' out from the midi-with power tracs 'version' of the chords.

"MA-RI-A, say it loud and there's music playing,
Say it soft, and it's almost like praying,
MA-RI-A...

I know, wrong Maria. But what do you vocalists think of these two lines (from West Side Story, of course)? Not a singer myself, they seem perfect for a little (or a lot) of Wayne Newton type stagecraft (not that there's anything wrong with that).
